Ingredients:
3 or 4 ripe tomatoes, chopped
3 tbls olive oil
2 tbls balsamic vinegar
1/2 an onion, chopped
1 clove of garlic, crushed and chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1 baguette
Heat oven to 425 degrees. In a bowl mix tomatoes, onions and garlic. Add olive oil, vinegar and salt and pepper. Mix.
Slice baguette and put about a tablespoon or two of the tomato salad onto the the slices of bread.
Put in oven for about 15 min and voila!
